Ira helped me with my shifter

I was more work than I thought, especialy since i busted a screw. but
it was very insightfull and fun. My shifter works great now. Before it
was always a guessing game with figuring out in what gear I was in,
but now every gear is were it is supposed to be. Yesterday I did an
oil change and I checked the spark plugs. Everything is clean on my
bus, which makes me happy. I also got the "little miss sunshine"
problem fixed.
