...and i have been driving past it everyday for over 10 years. there is this fishing pond across the highway from CTC that is technically part of Fort Hood. I want to go back and explore more of the trails. todays little walk was nice, but a bit short. The Humidity in Texas is starting to kick in, and Sheila and i are suffering from poison ivy, so going for long sweaty walks tends to become quite uncomfortable. in about a week or so we should be cleared up, and ready to do a nice long walk, perhaps through chalkridge.
our typical daily walk is on CTC, you have a nice overview on what the dogs are doing when they run off the leash, and every once in awhile we let krumpus chase after ducks at the pond.
