yesterday, sheila and i packed the dogs and drove the bus to Colorado bend SP to go camping. we went on a couple of hikes, saw a bunch of wildlife, and took several plunges in springs, rivers, and waterfalls.
the night was great, there is a constant breeze rolling through the Colorado river valley. except for the branch hitting the bus all night, the night was really comfortable, even after a 97 degree day.
no mobile service, thats why there was no live blog

on saturday night, after sheila got off from work, we packed up the bus and headed to the marina were we spend our first night in our bus. the sleep was not too unconformable, but we are going to get a memory foam mattress to put in the bus. next morning we made some breakfast, and took the boat for a spin, to an island were lucius and krumpus made a couple of new friends. mom and Ernest joined us a little later, and we went fishing. my mom made me a fishing rod out of a stick, and i was pulling perch out of the lake one after the other. that afternoon, we made bratwurst with sauerkraut on the bus. here is a little video of our sunday morning.

he went down to austin with me to pick up my bus. he also helped me to get the final things together to make it pass inspection and such...

at 8am this morning, the power came back on. the very moment after i had put all the stuff from the fridge in to a cooler to take to work with me to put in the culinary fridge, the lights came back on. it was a quiet night, last nights storm was over by 915pm. the internet is working too, so life is back to normal...

out to the door and the sky looked like blitzkrieg. At around midnight
we lost our power. Last night we had tornados touch down 30 miles
away. Right now it is 845pm, and we still have no power. It started
storming ago 20 min ago. Storm should pass in 30 min. I hope the power
Crew gets back to work.
Last night I also heard about 5 transformers blowing up, they sound
like gunfire, so it could of been only one transformer and 4 gangsters
on gilmore in a turf war.
